Ziel dieser Initiative war es, die Sch\u00fcler der 7. Klasse \u00fcber die Bedeutung einer ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung aufzukl\u00e4ren und ihnen gesunde Essgewohnheiten n\u00e4herzubringen.<\/h4>\n<h4>Vorab setzten sich die Sch\u00fcler mit der Frage auseinander, wie wichtig ein gesundes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck tats\u00e4chlich ist. Sie erkannten, dass ein n\u00e4hrstoffreiches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck nicht nur die Konzentration und Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit steigert, sondern auch einen guten Start in den Schultag erm\u00f6glicht. In kleinen Gruppen diskutierten sie verschiedene Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksoptionen und \u00fcberlegten gemeinsam, wer was f\u00fcr ein gesundes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mitbringen k\u00f6nnte.<\/h4>\n<h4>Im Anschluss wurde die Verantwortung aufgeteilt: Jeder Sch\u00fcler brachte etwas mit, das zu einem gesunden Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck beitr\u00e4gt. Es wurden frisches Obst, Vollkornbr\u00f6tchen, Brezen, Aufstriche und gesunde Snacks mitgebracht.<\/h4>\n<h4>W\u00e4hrend des gemeinsamen Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks hatten die Sch\u00fcler die Gelegenheit, sich \u00fcber gesunde Ern\u00e4hrungsgewohnheiten auszutauschen.<\/h4>\n<h4>Insgesamt war die Aktion \u201eGesundes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck\u201c ein voller Erfolg und hat nicht nur den Sch\u00fclern viel Freude bereitet, sondern auch das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung gesch\u00e4rft.<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h4><\/h4>\n<\/div><div
